CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Manager of Collections for for a prestigious private equity client in North Dallas, TX. As the Senior Manager of Collections, you will be responsible for personnel leadership as well as leading the strategic direction of the order to cash commercial operations on a global scale. Qualified candidates will have extensive background in commercial order to cash/collections management as well as change management, have advanced skills in both Excel and PowerBI (or other data visualization tools), and bring a minimum of 2 years of global team leadership experience. Requirements for the Senior Manager of Collections:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields. Master's degree is preferred
• 5+ years of commercial order to cash or collections management
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience on a global scale (leading on shore and offshore teams)
• Proven change management background with success in transforming and optimizing order to cash processes in a global environment
• Ability to create, monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize the accuracy and efficiency of the collections organization
• Advanced skills with Excel and PowerBI or other data management tools to create executive level presentations
• Experience with billing and cash applications is a plus
• This role is W-2 ONLY! No C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship available!!

Compensation for the Senior Manager of Collections:

• Direct hire
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p (flexibility available)
• 100% on-site in North Dallas/Addison (possibility for hybrid in the future)
• Pay: $120-130K/year + bonus (+/- based on experience)
