CornerStone Professional Placement is hiring a Clinical Study Management Manager for a leading client in the biopharmaceutical industry. This role involves overseeing clinical trial operations on a global scale, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience managing clinical trials, partnering with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities & Requirements for the Study Management Manager:

• Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience (advanced degree preferred).
• Background in global clinical trial oversight, including CRO collaboration.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and good clinical practices.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in biosimilar or similar therapeutic areas.
• Lead global clinical studies by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth trial operations.
• Monitor compliance with international guidelines and internal processes.
• Contribute to strategic planning for clinical programs and study documents.
• Drive improvements in clinical trial processes and inspection readiness.

Compensation for the Study Management Manager:

• Employment Type: 1-year assignment with potential for extension
• Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Pay Rate: $50-60/hour (+/- based on experience)
