What You’ll Actually Do as the Client Solutions Specialist:

  • Serve as a go-to resource for clients, offering friendly, knowledgeable assistance across a range of service needs
  • Manage client communications by phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot service concerns, document resolutions in CRM tools, and collaborate internally to ensure follow-through
  • Maintain strong client relationships while identifying additional service opportunities as needed
  • Adapt communication style to suit a variety of business customers and industries

What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Client Solutions Specialist:

  • At least 3 years of B2B client service experience
  • Confidence in handling phone and in-person communications and identifying sales opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and multi-channel communication tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on service requests
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide approx. 20%

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Spanish bilingual skills
  • CRM platforms and QuickBooks experience
