The Facilities Change Manager will be managing real estate projects including offices, warehouses, and factories. Our client is looking for candidates with leadership and stakeholder management. This role is a long term contract paying $40/hr.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 10 years of experience in procurement and facilities management
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with vendor and resource management
  • Experience with change management
