Call Center Supervisor
Job Description
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a reputable client based in Little Elm, TX. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, managing staff, and ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries and lead management. This role includes monitoring inside sales representative and field sales performance, communicating with the sales team, and resolving escalated customer service issues. The Sales Supervisor will also collaborate with the marketing department on lead generation and development while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Little Elm, TX - Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $80K - $100K/year (Based on Experience)
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or supervisory experience, preferably in medical sales.
- Proficiency in managing teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring activities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with customer service software, Salesforce, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
