Business Development Representative

Remote managing territory including Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a broadcast media company that is seeking a Business Development Representative in Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. As the BDR, you will be responsible for networking and prospecting new business, presenting and selling digital advertising services, and managing existing account relationships. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant advertising sales experience, strong prospecting skills, sales tactics, and customer service skills, and self-motivation to grow a territory. Requirements for the Business Development Representative:

  • 8+ years of relevant advertising sales experience
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Proven ability to close sales and overachieve sales metrics
  • Customer service mindset with experience managing a book of business
  • Self-motivation to grow a territory and work independently
  • The ability to travel within the DFW Metroplex

Compensation for the Business Development Representative:

  • Direct Hire
  • Salary: $60-75K/year base + uncapped earning potential
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p, some flexibility available
  • Location: Remote - managing territory including Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
  • Benefits: Health insurance, dental plan, profit sharing (vested after 2 years at 25% then 20% more each year and after 5 years 100% vested, simple IRA with 3% match after 1 year, PTO grows with tenure, work/life balance, uncapped bonus potential
