CornerStone's Professional Placement has partnered with a leader in Software Sales to help build out the Business Development team. As a BDR with our client, you will have a rare opportunity to directly contribute to the success of their growing technologies division, through lead-generation, driving marketing efforts, and conducting world class customer outreach. Qualified candidates will be highly energetic, positive individuals looking to grow their sales career with an innovative SaaS provider in one of the fastest growing software segments. Preferred candidates will be local to Dallas/ Fort Worth or Milwaukee.


Requirements for the Sales Development Representative:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
  • Dynamic, high energy sales professional with successful experience in software/tech sales
  • 1+ years of experience in sales is preferred
  • Cold calling and ability to communicate persuasively or a desire to learn how to cold-call and prospect
  • Excellent organization, & communication skills -- written and verbal
  • High integrity, work ethic, professionalism, trustworthy; assume "positive intent" and do the "right thing" for the organization, colleagues and clients
  • This position will come with a full benefits package which includes a 401K with company match.
