Job Description

CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a Dallas based commercial real estate firm in their search for a Building Office Manager to support Property Manager, Director and Maintenance Managers with administrative duties and coordination of tasks related to running the building.  They will assist with updating and saving contracts with tenants and outside vendors, purchase office equipment and log receipts for budgeting purposes and set up general outlook, company signatures for the employees, handle all office supply orders, uniform purchases, etc.  They will also be fielding calls and drop in visits with building tenants with inquiries and handling them or escalating them to the appropriate person.  They will handle employee work time, time off and document this to send to accounting for payroll.  We are seeking a jack-of-all trades, no task is too small.  Join our team!
Requirements of Building Office Manager:
  • 3+ years of office management experience, handling the full scope of support for both tenants and building staff
  • Ability to address customer inquiries or concerns, investigate them and provide resolutions or escalate them to the appropriate person
  • Detail oriented; handling update and saving of contracts from tenants, 3rd party vendors, etc.
  • Must be able to handle office purchases and track expenses for budgeting purchases; office equipment, employee uniforms, office supplies, etc.
  • Polished, professional appearance, as they will be the face of the company handling drop in visits with current or prospective tenants
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office
  • Sharepoint and Employee Navigator experience highly desired
  • Excellent written and verbal
