Job Title: Brokerage Insurance Operations Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Brokerage Insurance Operations Specialist to act as a liaison for financial advisors and their clients regarding Life Insurance, Universal Life, Long-Term Care, Disability Income, and Hybrid Insurance products. This role will serve as a key resource for policy inquiries, problem resolution, and claims processing, including supporting bereaved clients in filing death claims by assisting with paperwork and coordinating with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and input insurance sales into company systems
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate commission payments to Advisors
  • Provide Tier II support for insurance-related inquiries
  • Escalate policy issues with Carriers, Business Partners, and Product Managers
  • Coordinate with Field Advisors for policy problem resolution
  • Prepare death claim paperwork and condolence packages on behalf of First Command

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of Insurance Operations experience (required)
  • 4+ years in a professional office setting (required)
  • Life & Health Group I Insurance License (required)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related technology systems

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Location: On-site training (first 30 days), then hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday WFH)
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
