Job Title: Brokerage Insurance Operations Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Brokerage Insurance Operations Specialist to act as a liaison for financial advisors and their clients regarding Life Insurance, Universal Life, Long-Term Care, Disability Income, and Hybrid Insurance products. This role will serve as a key resource for policy inquiries, problem resolution, and claims processing, including supporting bereaved clients in filing death claims by assisting with paperwork and coordinating with insurance carriers.
Responsibilities:
- Process and input insurance sales into company systems
- Ensure data integrity and accurate commission payments to Advisors
- Provide Tier II support for insurance-related inquiries
- Escalate policy issues with Carriers, Business Partners, and Product Managers
- Coordinate with Field Advisors for policy problem resolution
- Prepare death claim paperwork and condolence packages on behalf of First Command
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of Insurance Operations experience (required)
- 4+ years in a professional office setting (required)
- Life & Health Group I Insurance License (required)
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related technology systems
Compensation and Benefits:
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Location: On-site training (first 30 days), then hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday WFH)
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
