Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Onsite in Flower Mound, TX

Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM CST

Pay Rate: $62K - $70K +/- BOE

Duration: Direct hire! Be a permanent employee from day one!

Job Duties:

  • Maintain and update financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and track cash flow
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions
  • Manage invoices, billing, and collections
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Must have the ability to be client facing if needed

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, including strong general ledger abilities
  • Must be proficient with Excel [VLOOKUP + Pivot Tables]
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to team members and clients
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Must be proficient with QuickBooks [Desktop + Online]
