Billing Manager

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a highly reputable client in Irving, TX, seeking a B2B Billing Manager. As a Billing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable operations, including ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, resolving billing discrepancies, and managing accounts receivable, including cash applications and monitoring cash flows and collections. Requirements for the Billing Manager:

* 5+ years of experience in B2B Billing at the Enterprise level!

* 7+ years managing and complex accounts. 

* Experience with large datasets, monitoring of cash flows, financial transactions, and timely collection of receivables

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Ensure effective and efficient management of AR, including accurate and efficient processing, reconciliation of accounts, open balances, and the cash application process.

* At least 3-5 years of experience managing staff in an accounts receivable environment

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)

* Ability reconciliation of retro-payments and retro-debits

* Resolve billing and pricing discrepancies and ensure all Accounts receivable duties are performed by month-end close

* Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX 

* Experience billing for services and other complex billing experience a plus!

Compensation for the Billing Manager:

* Direct Hire

* Location: 100% on-site in Irving, TX

* Pay: DOE

* Schedule: Monday-Friday (Flexible work hours)
