Bilingual Customer Support Manager
Dallas, TX

A local cash management software company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Manager to help manage support for key distributors and clients in their Latin market.   This role requires someone highly proficient with hardware and software, configuring and testing of the operational system to meet the client needs and end user training for client staff.  

Requirements of Bilingual Customer Support Field Manager:

*     Bachelor Degree from an accredited University highly desired, will accept experience in lieu of a degree
*     Acuity to work with software and hardware and trouble shoot issues
*     Help Desk background a plus
*     Ability to travel 80-95% of the time; domestic and internationally
*     Must be have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal
*     Criminal background check required
*     Excellent driving record
