Job Title: Bank Compliance Analyst

Location: Hybrid Remote! Equipment Provided.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Business Hours

Pay Range: $67K to $75K + Bonus Opportunities

Duration: Full-time! Be a permanent employee from day one.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for financial services.
  • Analyze transactional data and internal records to identify compliance risks and operational gaps.
  • Assess policies, procedures, and internal controls for alignment with federal and state regulations.
  • Document testing results in compliance with internal quality standards, using Excel for data analysis.
  • Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommended corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to investigate issues and implement remediation measures.
  • Monitor and track open compliance concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and data collection for risk assessments.
  • Research regulatory updates and compliance inquiries as needed.
  • Participate in internal compliance discussions and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in banking, financial services compliance, or regulatory testing.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer protection regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with banking compliance systems (e.g., Jack Henry, Cognos, Verafin, Actimize) preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CRCM, CFE) a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presenting findings.
