CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Assistant Manager of HR Benefits for a Remote role. The Assistant Manager of HR Benefits will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the companies benefits program, assisting with open enrolment and tuition reimbursement, and keeping up with the company’s legal requirements and government reporting regulations. Requirements

·        Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business administration preferred

·        5+ years Human Resources experience

·         Familiarity of Benefits practices and HR procedures

·         Working Knowledge of HR legal requirements, and government reporting

 

Compensation

·        Salary $60-70K
