CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Architectural Intern for a leading multifamily architecture firm in the Dallas, TX area. As an Architectural Intern, you will be responsible for contributing to all phases of multi-family residential projects, coordinating with consultants, and assisting in developing high-quality construction documents. Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor’s degree from an NAAB Accredited program and 2 years of experience in multi-family architecture, be on the path to licensure, and demonstrate the ability to work independently within a team-focused culture. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Architectural Job Captain:
- Bachelor's in Architecture from an NAAB Accredited program
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family architecture
- Direct involvement in schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal team members to resolve conflicts and deliver well-executed drawing sets
- Strong aptitude for learning new software; familiarity with CAD and SketchUp is preferred
- Candidates must show job stability and a growth mindset
Compensation for the Architectural Job Captain:
- Employment type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; avg 40-50 hours/week depending on workload
- Salary/Pay: $50-55/year (+/- based on experience); plus straight-time overtime pay
- Location: 100% On-site Dallas, TX 75219
