Ideal Candidate:

- Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and AI

- Proficient in building automation

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

- Proficiency in Excel; AP Accounting

- Preferably proficient in SAP/Ariba

- Familiarity with Salesforce Licenses and Supplier Management (reconciliation, payments)


Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Licensing Analyst to oversee our Salesforce software licenses. The role entails managing licenses strategically to ensure compliance, cost optimization, and effective tool utilization across various teams.


Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Salesforce licensing agreements for compliance and cost-effectiveness.

- Use tools like Microsoft Teams, MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Ariba to monitor and report on license usage.

- Analyze and forecast licensing needs based on usage trends and company growth.

- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to negotiate and secure licensing contracts.

- Develop and maintain internal documentation for Salesforce license management.

- Provide training and support to end-users on new licensing tools and policies.

- Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve licensing issues.

- Address and resolve accounts payable-related queries and issues regarding invoices and purchase orders.


Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.


Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience managing Salesforce licenses is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, and Ariba.

- Familiarity with software license procurement, compliance, and management.

- Strong experience in handling accounts payable processes, including invoice and PO management.

- Bachelor’s Degree & 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, or Scientific fields.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Daily tasks involve monitoring Salesforce license utilization using tools like Excel and Tableau, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and performing regular audits for optimization.

- The analyst interacts with vendors and internal teams to negotiate and renew contracts, address license-related queries, and efficiently resolve invoice and purchase order issues.

- Additionally, the role includes updating and maintaining detailed license records, generating financial reports, and providing guidance and training to end-users on licensing policies and software updates.
