CornerStone TTS is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 6-month contract, offering a remote position available to candidates residing in AZ, TX, NC, FL, or IN:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic, keen enthusiasm for learning, and a proficiency in utilizing tracking tools such as Jira Align for effective workload management. The ideal candidate should exhibit meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and a capacity for taking comprehensive and actionable notes. The ability to implement improvements, support the team, and demonstrate open-mindedness are essential qualities. Candidates must be open to constructive feedback, possess familiarity with data science and data engineering terms, and have experience in system development and systems training, including Python coding.


As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, reporting status, and ensuring stability in project-oriented work efforts. You will establish and implement project management processes and methodologies within the IT community to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to best practices, and meeting customer expectations. Facilitating project-related meetings, assembling project notes/plans, and monitoring assignments within the system are key tasks. Daily stand-up calls will be used to direct and monitor work efforts, with timely escalation of functional, quality, and timeline issues. Tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans/resources to meet customer needs is crucial. You will also coordinate communication with all impacted stakeholders, assist the Business Performance Lead in ensuring high-level follow-through for task completion, and maintain continuous prioritization to achieve portfolio goals.


Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.

- Ability to manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.

- Comfortable with multiple computer systems and adaptable based on customer needs.


Basic Qualifications:

- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Program planning, scheduling, and tracking.

- Taking, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes and action items.

- High-level follow-through to ensure tasks are being completed.

- Interact with outside vendors and various levels of management to accomplish program objectives.

- Independently coordinate complex calendared meetings.

- Assess and/or collate updates and summarize in status/activity reports.
