Job Description

CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division has partnered with a local company in their search for an Airline General Manager to have oversight of a team of 200 Employees in services both above wing and below wing for 25 flights a day. .   The General Manager will schedule staff for all shifts to assist multiple carriers.   They will report directly to the Direct of Operations providing any reporting, budgets, submitting payroll and advising on suggested changes in operational changes to improve efficiencies.   We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in the airline / aviation industry in a management capacity.  
Requirements of the Airline General Manager:
  • Must have High School Diploma
  • 5+ years in Airline Services Management i.e. in  Above Wing & Below Wing services
  • Experience creating and managing a budget
  • Payroll in ADP for staff
  • Ability to hire, train, counsel, terminate and handle scheduling for all staff
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office
