Administrative Assistant to the Talent Management Team

Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Talent Management Team for a major Pharmaceutical client in the Alliance area.  The Recruiting Coordinator must bring 3+ years of experience supporting  administrative needs including coordinating complex calendar availability, scheduling interviews, booking air & ground travel, filling expense reports, and ad hoc projects.  Qualified candidates must have strong skills with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with Concur and/or SAP is a plus.  This client offers a fun and engaging work environment, long-term contract employment, and a foot-in-the-door with a great company!  We are also recruiting for a Sr. Talent Management Specialist for the same thriving organization! 

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
*     Bachelor’s degree
*     3+ years of administrative experience supporting Talent Management, Recruiting, and/or Human Resources
*     Experience booking travel arrangements and submitting expense reports
*     Experience coordinating multiple complex calendars for interview scheduling
*     Ability to assist with onboarding new hires, audits, process improvements, and ad hoc projects
*     Strong administrative skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, passionate about learning, and the ability to learn quickly
*     Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 
*     SAP ATS experience, plus
*     Concur software experience, plus

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant:
*     Long-term contract
*     M-F 8a-5p
*     $24.50/hr 
*     Benefits through CornerStone
