Our client is seeking candidates who are confident, professional, and who thrive in a fast paced environment. This is a full time role, working 9a-6p with overtime as needed and some travel required.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with calendar management
  • Experience with expense reporting
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Contract experience
  • Ability to proofread documents with a strong attention to detail
  • Event planning and catering experience
  • Experience with iMeet is preferred
