Job Description
CornerStone Professional Placement division is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Director Loan Servicing and their direct reports for a prominent mortgage banking entity. . Support functions will include; phone support, calendar management, meeting scheduling / preparation of facilities, booking travel and maintaining a professional work environment both internally and externally with clients. In addition the following key duties will be performed; assemble and prepare monthly servicing reports, maintaining of department organizational charts, follow up and tracking of escalated complaints received by executive management, follow up and status reporting of key deliverables assigned to department leaders and support of department initiatives as may be required from our Business Support Leader.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
- 3+years of administrative experience at the executive level
- Experience and knowledge of mortgage servicing preferable
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft office products; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SharePoint a plus
- Possess excellent phone skills for dealing with internal / external clients and customers
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility / OT as needed)
- $25-30/hr based on experience
- Ability to work a 6 month contract or longer
