CornerStone has partnered with a Steel Fabricator in their search for an Administrative Assistant to join our work family.  Our company has been in business for 20 years and we have we have expanded our client base.  We are in need of an administrative assistant to help with back office support; billing, data entry, onboarding of new employees, etc.   If you want a laid back, flexible hours and cohesive and collaborative work environment working in a 7 person office, PLEASE APPLY NOW!
Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
  • 3+ years of office support experience; billing, data entry, employee file upkeep, etc.
  • Able to work independently, without supervision
  • Must have Quickbooks experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • Rebar Financial  knowledge a plus! We can teach this software.
