Seeking a polished Administrative Assistant for an insurance client in Fort Worth, TX. As the Administrative Assistant you will support the President and the CFO with ad hoc projects and will have the opportunity to assist with office management, accounting, marketing, events and more! You must possess strong data entry skills, have the ability to assist with accounting tasks, and be proficient with Excel (pivot tables & v-lookups preferred). Qualified candidates will be detail oriented, self-starters that are proactive, learn quickly, and want to grow with the company long-term. Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience as an administrative assistant, accounting assistant, office assistant, or similar
  • Strong data entry skills and experience running reports in a system (experience with AMS 360, ideal)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel - pivot tables & v-lookups preferred)
  • Accounting background or knowledge
  • Experience managing a company calendar for visitors, events, etc
  • Experience ordering office supplies and performing office management duties
  • Proactive, detail oriented, self-starter that is eager to learn and grow with the company long-term


Compensation:

  • Direct hire employment
  • Pay: $30-50K/year (based on experience)
