Job Description

Our client in Fort Worth is seeking an Admin IV to help assist on a project we are working on. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the schedule/calendar, travel, expense reports, coordinating meetings, and preparing powerpoint presentations. You will also track and monitor SoW to include monitoring expiring terms and facilitating the approval process. This is a contracted role through 04/30/19!

Requirements: 
  • Working knowledge/experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Experience generating POs, and handling/reviewing Accounts Payable 
  • Proven ability to create, monitor, and/or close SoWs, POs, Change Orders, and Invoices
  • Experience reconciling General Ledger transactions
