CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a private equity owned client in Grapevine, TX. As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for delegating responsibilities, coaching team members, and managing the AP process including receiving and processing bills, updating the accounting system, adding new vendors, updating 1099s and W9s, process improvements, establishing and maintaining team KPIs, and reporting. Qualified candidates will have their at least 5 years of AP experience and 3 years of Supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, ERP experience (Sage 100 preferred), and strong Excel skills with pivot tables and v-lookups. Requirements for the Accounts Payable Supervisor:

• 5 years of AP experience
• 3 years of Supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
• ERP experience (Sage 100 preferred)
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and v-lookups
• Experience with Doc Link or similar invoice management system helpful

Compensation for the Accounts Payable Supervisor:

• Direct Hire
• Salary: $65-75K/year (based on experience)
• Location: 100% on-site in Grapevine, TX
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility available
