CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a distinguished biopharmaceutical company to find a skilled Accounting Manager for a remote position. This role involves managing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP, and supporting month-end close activities. Qualified candidates will have their Accounting degree plus at least of 5 years of accounting experience from a large, global organization, advanced SAP and Excel skills, and a strong grasp of GAAP principles and financial reporting. Requirements for the Accounting Manager:

·        Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience from a large, global company

·        Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus)

·        Extensive knowledge month-end close, journal entries, preparing and analyzing financial reports and ensuring GAAP compliance

·        Advanced SAP and Excel skills are both required

·        Experience implementing automation initiatives is ideal

·        W2 only - no C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship available!

Compensation for the Accounting Manager:

·        Type: 1-year assignment with the potential to extend  

·        Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in FL, TX, AZ, NC, SC, GA, KY, TN or IN)

·        Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

·        Pay: $42-$57/hr (+/- Based on experience)
