Title: Accounting Coordinator I
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Work from Home Mon/Thurs/Fri, in-office Tues/Wed)
Duration: Permanent/Full-time
Pay: $33,000/year + Benefits
Hours: M-F 8-5

The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for invoicing, collection & unpaid invoices, ACH payments, assisting with month end closing, performing sales representative’s commission calculations, reviewing & recording vendor’s invoices and assisting with payroll as needed. Additional duties will include office administration duties such as organizing and maintaining file systems and records, ordering office supplies and keeping record of office equipment inventory.

Requirements of the Accounting Coordinator:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting including invoicing, collection, record keeping on financials and monthly closing procedures.
  • QuickBooks experience is required
  • Some administrative duties such as maintaining files and records, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Japanese speaking and writing skills are a plus.
