CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking experienced Fixed Asset Analysts for a key finance engagement based onsite in Plano, TX. This role supports enterprise-level fixed asset management in a highly structured, compliance-driven environment. What You’ll Be Doing

This role is focused on full lifecycle fixed asset management and reporting. You will:

• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset ledgers and registers
• Accurately execute asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and capitalizations
• Perform depreciation calculations and support period-end close
• Prepare journal entries, variance reports, and flux commentary for management
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to internal policies
• Participate in audit activities and asset confirmation projects
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and operational stakeholders
• Recommend process improvements and support digital asset tracking tools

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on fixed assets
• Direct experience with SAP or similar enterprise ERP tools
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and asset lifecycle accounting
• Comfort in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and a self-starting, problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (active or in progress)
• Lease accounting experience or knowledge of ASC 842
• Experience in large-scale, manufacturing, or capital project environments
