CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Coordinator


Job Summary: CornerStone Staffing is looking for a talented Business Continuity Management (BCM) Coordinator to support our client’s critical business operations. This role is responsible for the coordination and management of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program, which includes Technology Recovery (Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity, and Vendor Continuity. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure effective continuity plans.


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate the company’s BCM Program, covering Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity.

Provide oversight and challenge BCM plans to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

Develop, review, and improve BCM policies, programs, and procedures.

Required Skills:


1-3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Ability to establish and maintain partnerships across departments and influence key stakeholders.

Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

High School Diploma is required.

Preferred Qualifications:


2-5 years of experience in financial services (preferably in auto finance).

Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Studies, or equivalent work experience.

Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM) certification is a plus.

Experience with Lucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module is a strong advantage.
