Requirements for Project Manager / Land Development

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering
  • Currently registered as a Professional (civil) Engineer of Texas (or attainable within 1 year)
  • Experience with the design of Single Family & Multifamily Residential Projects
  • Experience with taking a residential or commercial development from the feasibility stage to the construction stage. (Zoning, platting, agreements etc.)
  • Experience with DFW land development practices, ordinances and procedures
  • Design proficiency with roadway, drainage, water and sanitary sewer improvements
  • Five or more years in land development
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft word and excel preferred
  • Ability to train, lead and mentor a team
  • Ability to schedule and meet deadlines and client expectations
