Bilingual Auto Insurance Representative/Loss Representative

Dallas, TX

Currently seeking Degreed Bilingual Customer Service Professional a job opportunity in Arlington’s Auto Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Customer Service and assisting customers/clients over the phone. This individual will represent the company as the first point of contact service when customers need to report a claim. This is an opportunity to join one of Dallas' homegrown company as they experience exponential growth! Responsibilities of the Auto Insurance Representative/Loss Representative

  • Collect accurate loss information, explain the claims process, alleviate customer concern with a personal touch, and efficiently forward the claim to the appropriate specialists in the claims department.

  • First point of contact for claims being reported regarding accidents on insurance policies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while obtaining detailed information regarding the facts of loss.

  • Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Conform with and abide by all Company codes, state regulations, policies, values, work procedures and instructions.

  • Successful completion of required training programs and all licensing requirements, including continuing education for licensing, as applicable.

 

Requirements of the Auto Insurance Representative/Loss Representative

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field is HIGHLY preferred.

  • Experience in Customer Service and assisting customers/clients over the phone

  • Must be comfortable working within a call center setting

  • Ability to write, speak and converse in Spanish fluently

  • Ability to learn and apply claims practices to maintain a high quality product Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center

 

Compensation of the Auto Insurance Representative/Loss Representative

  • Pay: up to $18/hr for degreed candidates!
